Remote Board Meeting

This meeting will be conducted using Zoom, a web-based video conferencing tool, under  1 M.R.S.A. § 403-A, which authorizes the District to hold remote meetings during the state of emergency declared by the Governor due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

  PUBLIC COMMENT: Public comment will be limited to items on the agenda for this meeting. If you wish to speak on an agenda item and you are:

Please use the “raise your hand” feature by clicking “participants”. The host will be notified and will identify you when it is your turn to comment.

  Joining via call-in # only or unable to attend:

We recognize that some participants may not be able to or feel comfortable joining via Zoom. All public comments must be emailed to Helena Ackerson, Board Chair, prior to the meeting, all public comments are limited to items on the agenda, with “Public Comment” and the topic in the message line by 5:00pm on 06/03/2020.
